Transforming a 50 year building into a 100Kw plant in Aurangabad

The arc-shaped 50 year old monumental building had no centre reference point or corner reference point. The client wished to retain the monumental look of the plant with stadium effect and was ready for a compromise of around 3% loss in generation.

We accepted the challenge and executed the entire marking and positioning of the panels through engineering calculations and GPS data. We anchored the structure to old slab with perfect water-proofing to secure it.
We realised that single plane would have increased the length of the DC cables and DC losses would have increased drastically, if the Inverter placement was wrong.

Raising the bar for 30Kw plant in Pune

The client wanted to utilise the terrace for solar panels and for other purposes as well. Besides, the tall structures on east and west of the terrace would have reduced the sun hours by 40%. So, we raised the structure by 10ft above the terrace level with long span. It eliminated the columns in between and offered space to get some sunlight in between the modules.
